Splints / NightGuards
Easy scan Process
High ROI
Easily pay for all your digital upgrades by offering splint therapy to your patients at hygiene visits and for larger restorative cases.
Almost every patient needs a splint or night guard.
Superior Fit and Finish
3D-printed occlusal splints and nightguards provide a modern, efficient solution for bruxism, teeth grinding, TMJ disorders, and protecting restorative work. Using intraoral scans, CAD design, and biocompatible resins, they deliver superior precision and anatomical fit compared to traditional acrylic or thermoformed appliances.
Patients experience greater comfort from flexible or dual-layer materials that soften at body temperature, creating a cushioning effect that reduces pressure while maintaining durability and wear resistance—often matching or exceeding conventional options. Higher comfort leads to better compliance and long-term protection against tooth wear, fractures, headaches, and jaw pain.
Overall, 3D-printed splints streamline workflows, reduce material waste, enhance clinical outcomes, and increase accessibility, making effective occlusal therapy more practical for both patients and practices.

Custom-Made Sports Mouthguards
The Benefits of Custom-Made Sports Mouthguards Using KeyGuard™ 3D Resin
Traditionally, athletic mouthguards were made by heating and molding thermoplastic material over a dental model or by using a “one size fits all” boil and bite material to slightly customize the fit. Today, digital dentistry using advanced scanning, design, and 3D-printed resins like KeyGuard™ allow us to create custom digitally fabricated patient specific mouthguards delivering greater comfort, protection, and performance for athletes.
Precision Fit for Maximum Comfort
Custom-made mouthguards produced with KeyGuard™ resin are designed from a digital scan of an athlete’s teeth and bite. Mouthguards can be customized to cover 1 or both arches while maximizing the airflow maximizing performance during use. The mouthguard will be less bulky, fitting snugly over the teeth to minimize distractions so the athletes will consistently wear it during play
Targeted Protection Where It Matters
During the digital design the appliance thickness can be customized to reinforce the front teeth where an athlete may be prone to high impact while the amount of material where unnecessary improving comfort and allowing for maximum airflow during competition.
Advanced Material Performance
KeyGuard™ is a highly durable biocompatible photopolymer resin engineered specifically for mouthguard fabrication. It has Superior strength and tear resistance, allowing for protection against repeated high-impact forces. The material has been carefully balanced to give the right hardness and flexibility for improved shock absorption and comfort.
Digital Workflow = Cost effective and Sustainable Production Outcomes
By using intra oral scanning, digital design, and 3d printing, the entire process becomes more accurate, consistent and efficient: Digital production cuts down on product delivery times, material waste, labor costs, and reduces consumables. There are fewer steps than traditional thermoforming and. fewer opportunities for mistakes because there is less manual labor. Also, digital models and designs can be easily stored so if a mouthguard is damaged or lost, it can be easily replaced.
Designed for Safety and Comfort
KeyGuard™ is biocompatible and has been rigorously tested to meet durability and safety standards to protect athletes against mouth injuries and broken teeth. It also supports ideal breathing and proper speech while wearing the mouthguard helping athletes to feel comfortable and safe during competition promoting wearer compliance.
Night Guard
A night guard is a removable appliance worn over the teeth at night to limit or prevent bruxism and grinding. It is recommended for patients who wake up with jaw pain, headaches, or tooth sensitivity caused by excessive pressure during sleep. The guards act as a protective barrier between the upper and lower teeth, absorbing and redistributing forces that would otherwise damage enamel and strain the jaw muscles. They are also ideal for patients who have had full arch or full mouth reconstructions to protect the new work.
You may benefit from a dental night guard if you:
- Grind or clench your teeth at night
- Wake up with jaw pain or stiffness
- Have frequent morning headaches
- Notice worn or flattened teeth
Prevents Tooth Damage
Chronic grinding can wear down enamel, flatten teeth, cause chips, or even lead to fractures. A night guard protects the teeth from direct contact and reduces long-term damage and advanced wear.
Reduces Jaw Pain and Tension
Night guards help relax the jaw muscles and minimize pressure on the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), reducing soreness and stiffness.
Prevents Headaches
Teeth grinding is often linked to tension headaches and facial pain. By reducing clenching intensity, night guards can help lower the frequency of morning headaches.
Protects Dental Work
Crowns, veneers, fillings, and implants are all susceptible to different grinding and functional forces. A night guard helps preserve and protect expensive dental restorations.
Improves Sleep Quality
Reducing muscle tension and jaw discomfort can lead to more comfortable and restful sleep.
Occlusal Splint
An occlusal splint is a therapeutic appliance that can be made over the upper or lower arch depending on what condition you are treating. There are several treatment uses of splints including chronic pain relief, jaw alignment, tooth stabilization, and treatment diagnostics. These categories have many different treatment splints like Anterior bite planes, Anterior Deprogrammer, NTI device, Gelb appliance and Michigan splint to name a few. Some occlusal splints can be made from keysplint Soft, but most will need the strength and rigidity of KeySplint Hard.
Occlusal Splint Therapy is recommended if you:
- Are diagnosed with TMJ disorder
- Are diagnosed with a TMD disorder
- Suffer from chronic myofascial pain
- Need tooth stabilization after trauma or surgery
- Are planning a full arch or full mouth reconstruction as a diagnostic tool
Key benefits of Occlusal Splint therapy include:
- Muscular Relaxation: Allows overworked jaw muscles to relax, significantly reducing tension-related facial pain and muscle soreness.
- Headache Reduction: Alleviates the frequency and intensity of chronic headaches and migraines
- Joint Stabilization: Provides a stable biting surface that realigns the jaw into its most comfortable physiological position, reducing clicking and popping.
- Diagnostic Aid: Helps the Dentist to evaluate bite relationships or the severity of grinding patterns prior to more advanced treatment.
- Improved Sleep Quality: By managing pain and preventing grinding, patients often experience deeper, uninterrupted sleep and less morning jaw fatigue.
KeySplint Soft Night Guards are best for mild to moderate bruxism. The material is flexible for increased patient comfort and is easy to adjust and polish as needed. It can be made to fit on the upper or lower arch depending on jaw classification and desired function. The material is extremely durable compared to traditional thermoformed appliances and can last for several years before needing to be replaced.
KeySplint Hard Night Guards are best for: Moderate to severe grinders. The material is rigid for increased strength and durability to handle more extreme cases. It provides strong, long-lasting protection against advanced wear and protects you from chipping or shifting teeth.
Sleep Appliance
There are a number of Mandibular Advancement Devices (MADs) used to treat mild to moderate obstructive sleep apneas. The goal of any Mandibular Advancement Device (MAD) is to move the lower jaw forward during sleep into a stabilize position to expand the upper airway and keep it open.
By pulling the jaw forward it is also pulling the tongue and attached soft tissues away from the back of the throat opening the airway. We manufacture elastic mandibular advancement devices that use bands in different lengths and tensions to move the jaw forward to the correct position while allowing some freedom of movement for the patient.
These appliances are comfortable and easy to maintain increasing patient compliance. Combining the data collected from the sleep study and from our AI driven software analysis of the jaws functional movements, we are able to fabricate the appliance in the perfect position for the patient.
High Patient Compliance: it is easy to use, more comfortable and less intrusive than a CPAP machine
Highly customizable and easy to adjust: There are 36 possible band combinations that are different lengths and tensions. allowing precise control to customize the fit for optimal comfort and effectiveness for each patient.
Natural Movement: the elastic band allow for side-to-side jaw movement and the ability to open the mouth slightly to drink water or talk while wearing it.
Portability: It is small, lightweight, and fits in your pocket so it is easy to travel with
Non-Invasive: It provides a non surgical treatment using a removable appliance and does not require a cpap or any other equipment to use it.
Bleaching Tray
Bleaching Trays are used for tooth whitening prior to other dental treatment. Dental restorations like crowns or dentures will not change color so this must be done before other dental treatment. They are custom made for each patient with the appropriate amount of of space for the bleaching material to sit on the facials of each tooth while protecting
